Integra Jarit will, at its option and without charge, either repair or replace any instrument which Integra Jarit determines to be defective in material or workmanship when used for its intended surgical purpose. All instruments sold by Integra Jarit are warranted only to the original purchaser and only against defects in workmanship or materials which under the intended use render such instruments inoperable
